College of Humanities Trains 60 Faculty Members on Quality Assurance Standards
The Academic Development and Quality Unit at the College of Humanities held a workshop entitled 'Quality Assurance and Accreditation Standards' on Thursday the 23rd of Jumādá Al-Ākhirah.
The workshop was delivered by Vice Dean of Academic Development and Quality, Dr. Ayman Abdul Hamid Abdulrahim, and was tailored to 60 faculty members for numerous college departments. The primary objective of the meeting was to provide an explanation of quality assurance standards.
Vice Dean of Academic Development and Quality, Dr. Khalid Abu Hekimah, said that the workshop is part of the development program to equip faculty members with a working knowledge of the standards needed for quality education.
At the end of the workshop, Dean of the College of Humanities, Dr. Yahya Al-Shareef, presented Dr. Aymen with a commemorative plaque as a token of appreciation. He also conferred certifications to workshop participants.
