The Deanship of Admissions and Registration announced the internal transfer and second-semester schedule registration dates for the 1439-40 academic year. Also announced were the regulations and conditions required for guest students and external transfers.

Second Semester schedule registration will start on the 27^th of Rabī' Al-Ākhir and will continue for two days. All enquiries are to be submitted through the university's Academia Portal in accord with available seats and classes. For all remaining students who wish to register and change current schedules, registration will be available on the 29^th of Rabī' Al-Ākhir and will continue to the 2^nd of Jumādā Al-Awwal.

The deanship explained that enquires will be received through the 'Tawasol' service and discussed with the college during the period between the 3^rd and 5^th of Jumādā Al-Awwal, noting that every student is allowed to submit a maximum of two applications.

Internal and external guest students schedule revisions will continue to the 4^th of Jumādā Al-Awwal. The availability of courses is a requirement for internal guest students, while external guest students are approved by the dean of the respective college.

Of note, the dates for internal transfer and specialty transfer will begin on the 23^rd and end on the 26^th of Rabī' Al-Ākhir. Enquires for external transfer is open and will continue to the 25^th of Rabī' Al-Ākhir.
