The University Organizes a Workshop on the Job Performance List

King Khalid University, represented by the Deanship of Faculty and Staff Affairs, organized a workshop on the procedural aspects of implementing the new job performance list with the participation of many university employees. The workshop was held in the central auditorium for males and simultaneously broadcasted to the Assamir Campus for females.

The workshop started with a speech delivered by the Chancellor of the University President, Mr. Abdullah bin Saad Al Faisal, in which he welcomed the workshop attendees. "The purpose of this workshop is to activate the awareness and educational aspects of the job performance evaluation system related to tasks and assessment of job evaluations. The outcomes of this workshop are considered one of the key elements and objectives of the Human Resources Management Program,” he said.

After that, everyone watched a visual presentation. Then, the Director of Administrative Development administration, Mr. Mohammed Bin Shaya Al Nahari, provided a detailed explanation of the new job performance list and discussed the objectives of performance management system and its benefits while illustrating how to administer it.

It is worth mentioning that the workshop discussed the definition and functions of the new job performance list, the related forms, and the list guide in order to streamline everyone's working knowledge.
