University Appoints More Than 150 Lecturers

King Khalid University, represented by the Deanship of Faculty Members and Staff Affairs, has completed the appointment of more than 150 Saudi lecturers who have previously applied for the University’s announced academic vacancies and who are subject to all the conditions of submission. The selected lecturers passed written tests and personal interviews. A number of lecturers were appointed in various faculties of the university for both boys and girls and in scientific, literary, and health specialties as well.

For his part, President, Prof. Dr. Faleh bin Rajaa Allah Al-Solamy said that this appointment to the sons and daughters of this benevolent country comes in response to the judicious directives of our wise leadership, which has made young people a top priority. It also aims to achieve the objectives of Visions 2030 to empower and rehabilitate young people to take part in the development of the country and to realize the aspirations of the leadership and people.

Prof. Dr. Al-Solamy also expressed his thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman, to His Highness the Crown Prince, Mohamed bin Salaman and to His Highness the Governor of the Asir Region, Prince Faisal Bin Khalid and his Deputy, may God protect them all, for the unwavering support and care to the University.

In turn, the Official Media Spokesman of the University, who is also the Dean of Faculty Member Affairs, Dr. Mohammed bin Hamed Al-Beheiri, stressed that this batch of lecturers is the largest in the history of the university. He said, "We have communicated with those who were accepted. Then, they completed their appointment procedures. We sincerely wish them best of luck in their scientific and practical life in the university."
