"Development and Quality" holds "My college is renewed giving and a dream comes true" Forum

The Unit of Development and Quality in the Administration College and home economics has conducted - at King Khalid University (KKU) - the first forum of graduates for the academic year 1436 - 1437 AH, under the slogan "My College is renewed giving and a dream comes true." The forum took lace in the university center in Al Samir.

This step comes as a will to observe the graduate students of the college of home economics, and to help them in finding jobs commensurate with their educational qualifications. The graduates are considered as ambassadors of the university in their workplaces, and communications were made with the graduate students, as well as with some government and private employers, and some training bodies. The forum was attended by 40 graduate students and 60 female graduate students from the level 8 who their graduation is expected this year.

In the program were contained a number of sections, including: delivering a lecture about the investment of talent, which was presented by Dr. Turkiya Al Ahmari - the Vice President of the talent and creativity center in university - and the conduct of several sessions that included lectures for students, which will benefit them in the labor market, and a letter from official of the civil service was presented. The letter addresses how the graduates shall register in (Jadara) program. There was also in attendance a representative of the training bodies, the Supervisor of Al Sarawat Institute, who attended the forum to provide special offers on computer and secretarial aspects for graduate students, in addition to the presence of a coordinator of Hayat Institute for languages, as well as two British trainers to provide special offers in English language for graduate students.

Also in attendance was a Supervisor from the Al Jomanh club, who attended the forum to provide offers and special courses for graduate students, in addition to the presence of an official from Takat Center who was there to provide offers to college students, and to offer some suitable jobs for them. Several community partnership contracts have been contracted with the college and several other institutions during the forum.
