  • Evaluation questionnaire for the university's electronic portal where users can evaluate the portal's general appearance and design as well as the benefits it provides (questionnaire link)
  • Evaluation questionnaire for electronic services quality, where users can evaluate the electronic services provided by the university in terms of their suitability, security, ease of access and technical support, and submit suggestions to improve the services (questionnaire link).
  • Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat can be found on the homepage of the portal kku.edu.sa.
  • iT Ticketing System where the user can submit a technical report to the iT Administration, and it will be followed up by the team until it is completed (link to the system).
  • Mubasher system, where users can voice their concerns to all university authorities and have the option of having their complaints escalated to the first official in the university. This allows users to track down the status of their complaints across all systems and learn what has been done about them (system link).
