KKU Participates in the Environment Week and the World Water Day

Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Center for Research and Environmental Studies and Tourism at King Khalid University is to hold on  Monday evening, an awareness seminar entitled "Water Valuation", in conjunction with World Water Day.

The director of the center, Dr. Rahma Nasser Al-Qathanin said that the symposium will include two lectures, the first by Dr. Sami Muhammad Abdullah entitled "Water Challenges" and the second entitled "Biological Indicators of Water Quality" by Dr. Amal Habib Al-Ayyari. The symposium  will be available at 8:00 pm (from here).

Al-Qathanin also added that the center will organize an awareness seminar, next Sunday, to celebrate  Environment Week entitled "Environment and Human Health", in which Dr. Sami Muhammad Abdullah will participate with a lecture  entitled "Towards a sustainable healthy environment", and Dr. Ahlam Al Said,  is to present a paper entitled "The Impact of Pollution."followed by Dr. Nabil Joseph  who will present a  paper entitled “ Environment and Human Health ", and  Dr. Abu Bakr Mustafa Idris who will present a paper  on" Characterization, monitoring and environmental assessment of suspended dust in Khamis Mushait and its health effects. "
