Special Needs Center Concludes Story of Struggle and Success Program

King Khalid University, represented by the Special Needs Center at the Deanship of Student Affairs, concluded "The Story of Struggle and Success Program, " organized within the "Mobaderoon" project. Special Needs Center Supervisor, Dr. Amer Ali Jaafar, said: "The program aimed to provide advisory, guidance, academic and preventive support to special needs students."

 

Further, he added that two meetings were presented by students Abdullah Al-Karshim and Zahra Al-Qahtani in which they told their struggle and success stories to 468 students. Dr. Jaafar noted that an additional 475 trainees participated in auxiliary training programs.

 

Special Needs Center Assistant Supervisor, Dr. Sirin Al-Bakri, explained that several lectures and courses were given during the program. Dr. Bakri then highlighted the educational aid course for the special-needs people, which was delivered by Dr. Manal Al-Hussein, Dr. Hoda Al-Zahrani, and Dr. Rawabi Khurmi.
