Deanship of Graduates Studies to Hold Stress Management Workshop

The Deanship of Graduate Studies will hold a workshop entitled "The Art of Stress Management" presented by Dr. Khadran Al-Suhaimi on Tuesday the 17th of Shawwal 1441 AH.
Dean of Graduate Studies, Dr. Ahmed Al-Fayea, explained that the workshop will run from 7 pm to 9 pm, noting that attendees are to receive workshop certificates of attendance via email. He thanked all those working on the success of the workshop at the university, which is part of the Mobaderoon initiative.
It is worth mentioning that the workshop aims to identify the pressures facing postgraduate students and to reveal the most prominent causes, in addition to explaining the most important skills for dealing with stress.
