His Excellency, King Khalid University Rector Prof. Falleh Al-Solamy, issued several appointment decisions, wishing those granted extensions continued success in their endeavors. He also explained that we are looking forward to benefitting from the talents and efforts of the new appointees.

University Spokesperson Dr.Mufleh Al-Qahtani announced the extensions and assignments as follows:

• Extension: Dr. Ahmed Al-Faya, Dean of Graduate Studies;
• Extension: Dr. Abdulaziz bin Saeed Al-Hajri, Dean of Academic Development and Quality;
• Extension: Dr. Munira Bint Saeed Abu Hamamah, Dean of the Community College in Abha;
• Extension: Dr. Ibrahim bin Sulaiman Al-Shahrani, Dean of the College of Dentistry;
• Extension: Dr. Abdullah bin Mansour Al-Adeed, Dean of Student Affairs;
• Extension: Dr. Sara Bint Abdullah Abu Melha, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Khamis Mushait
• Appointment: Dr. Hussain Al-Mohiy, Vice Dean of Academic Affairs, College of Applied Medical Sciences in Abha;
• Extension: Dr. Abdullah bin Hassan Gharman, Vice Dean of Community Service and Continuing Education, Tehama;
• Extension: Dr. Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Dajum, Vice Dean of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, College of Science;
• Appointment: Dr. Hanan bint Ahmed Al-Saeedi, Vice Dean of Admissions and Registration, Female Students' Campus;
• Appointment: Dr. Mamdouh Abdel-Muqtadir Iskandar, Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Faculty of Medicine;
• Extension: Dr. Saleh bin Saeed Al-Arfaji, Head of the Department of Chemistry, College of Science;
