GSFT Association in the University 2nd Summer Festival

The Saudi Fine Arts Association (GSFT) participated with a number of paintings, sculptures, in the exhibition, which was held within King Khalid University 2nd Summer Festival.

A number of artists have participated in the exhibition. They are: Ali Murzuq, Ali Salman, Mohammed Al Shaya, Bandar Al-Asmari, Moaidh Hajri, Abdul Majeed Al-Shehri, Melfi Al-Shehri, Sadeeq Kashaaf, Zhbh Al-Zuhairi, Eman Al-Qahtani, Ali Mashyakhi, Khalid Hanif, Maha Al-Zahrani, Sawsan Otaibi , Raghad Al-Shehri, Hussein Al-Asmari, Salha Fayez, Sultan Asiri, Fahd Azzurri. The exhibition has witnessed a free drawing for children, color drawings, and colored clay under the supervision of the artist Mohammed Moaidh, in addition to a course provided by the artist Abdullah Albargi in mixing colors, and another course presented by the artist Moaidh Hajri, and a course in Calligraphy by the Calligrapher Abdul Majeed Al-Shehri. The women side also witnessed active distinctive activities, when a course about contemporary styles in Plastic Painting was presented by Artist Iman Al-Qahtani.

In this regard, GSFT Association Director, Dr. Ali Marzouk clarified that the participation comes as part of the association's objectives in communicating with the community including all its segments. He said, "The University 2nd Summer Festival is an important occasion and a fertile environment to view the work of artists, and the courses are presented for free which give an opportunity for greater possible number of attendees."
