Three "Ford Fusion" cars are gifts for "God gives you its Goodness" campaign at university

King Khalid University 2nd Summer Festival witnessed on Tuesday launching "God gives you its Goodness" campaign for safe driving by providing three "Ford Fusion Cars ", which were delivered  to three drivers who finished the first season of the program without committing any traffic violation.

Ahmed Bin Damas, The interviewer of "God gives you its goodness" program, which is broadcasted on the first channel in conjunction with the sports channel and Radio Jeddah and presented by Salah Al-Ghedan, said that there will be entire episode of the program will be about King Khalid University 2nd Summer Festival from the Headquarters of the festival at the university this evening (Tuesday) at 8:30 pm.

The episode will have open discussion with people about safe driving, as well as interviews with officials in the region. Additionally, there will be a questionnaire about the reasons for the fearsome increasing numbers of incidents in the Kingdom.

Damas confirmed that the episode will witness launching the campaign of "God gives you its Goodness" for safe driving with the participation of the campaign volunteering team and the Disabled Children's Association, in cooperation with the General Directorate of Traffic, as well as the full support of the Asir region Emirate.

He stressed that the campaign targets all segments of society, especially young people, aged from 15 to 25 years, because they are the most affected group by this problem, as the percentage reached about 75%, either by death, injury or various disabilities.

He said, "We want to be here in the festivals of King Khalid University because we know that they witness a large gathering of people, and we also desire to be achieve the desired goal of the campaign.

He also pointed out that the campaign will be introduced through accidents causes and how to be safe. The introduction will be presented by specialists in the field of traffic safety. Damas revealed that there will be some women participations to clarify their role in raising awareness of this issue, as well as the participation of a number of disabled people. During the episode, awareness brochures will be distributed, as well as Gifts for safe driving by the volunteer team.
