International Cancer Day
Under the patronage of King Khalid University Rector, His Excellency Prof. Falleh R. M. Al-Solamy, the Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences, in cooperation with the Student Club of the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences in Abha, will organize an awareness event on Monday, 29 Jumada I 1440 on the occasion of the International Day of Cancer which falls on February 4, 2019, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The event will include an opening ceremony and an accompanying exhibition in partnership with a number of health entities from both the government and the private sector. It is worth noting that the female colleges will also be holding the same event on the medical female campus on 30/5/1440.
In addition, the Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences in collaboration with the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education will hold a public event at Al-Rashid Mall on Saturday the 4th of Jumādá Al-Ākhirah 1440 AH.
