Student Affairs Organizes the Sixth Cultural Olympiad

King Khalid University, represented by the Female Students' Cultural and Social Activities Agency, will host the Sixth Cultural Olympiad on 6-10/3/1441 AH, which is held annually. The purpose of the games is to challenge and test the students' skills and abilities in several disciplines including:

 

  • Reciting the Holy Quran;
  • The Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH);
  • The Biography of the Prophet (PBUH);
  • Poetry;
  • Nabati Poetry;
  • Monodrama;
  • Short Story;
  • Arabic Calligraphy;
  • Drawing;
  • Caricature;
  • Photography;
  • Digital Art Design;
  • Culture;
  • Short Films;
  • Community Service.

 

Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Abdullah Al-Atheed, explained that it is important to encourage these and related student activities as they support professional and social development. He thanked His Excellency Rector Al-Solamy for his support of the games and also thanked Vice Rector of Academic Affairs, Dr. Saad Du’ajim, for his support and counsel in making these games successful.

 

Those who wish to participate in the games can enroll until next Wednesday at the college club.
