University to Accredit 10 Programs in Cooperation with the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Assessment

King Khalid University signed an accreditation agreement with the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Assessment (NCAAA). His Excellency the University Rector, Dr. Fallah bin Raja Allah Al-Solamy, represented the university, while Executive Director, Dr. Ahmed Al-Jubaili, represented the NCAAA.

Dr. Ahmed Al-Jubaili stressed that under this contract, the parties will complete the requirements of the academic accreditation and conduct the evaluation process according to the standards and specifications of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Assessment as well as the Education and Evaluation Commission.

Al-Jubaili praised King Khalid University's keenness on raising the quality of its outputs and achieving the effectiveness of its internal quality system, including all educational, research, administrative and service aspects, in order to achieve Vision 2030 and meet the national needs.

In his speech, Vice Dean for Academic Development and Quality, Dr. Merzin Al-Shahrani, said that "from the university vision and its strategic plan to achieve scientific standards and to commit to them, this agreement was assigned today, which included many programs in ten faculties at the university."

Al-Shahrani pointed out that accreditation projects will include many colleges and majors in the university in the coming period. He expressed his gratitude and appreciation towards the Rector and the deans of colleges for their efforts in serving the university's developmental projects and for their active management in the achievement of international quality standards to elevate the university's status and performance.
