The University President receives Bisha University President
His Excellency, the President of King Khalid University (KKU), Prof. Dr. Falleh bin Raja Allah Al Solamy, has received in his office on Thursday morning 23 / 10 / 1437 AH, the President of Bisha University, His Excellency, Dr. Ahmad bin Hamed Nagadi, and Vice President of the institution, Dr. Mahdi Al Qarni, and their accompanying delegation. The reception took place in the presence of KKU Vice President, Dr. Khalid Al Jalban, and number of officials from both universities.
At the beginning of the meeting, His Excellency, Dr. Al Solamy, welcomed His Excellency, Dr. Nagadi, and his accompanying delegation. The KKU President stressed that the two universities were considered a single entity and cooperation between them would remain in order to serve the students, the community, and our beloved homeland. The President continued "The King Khalid University and its administrations are ready to offer services and cooperation with Bisha University in various fields."
From his part, the Bisha University President, His Excellency, Dr. Ahmed bin Hamed Nagadi, expressed his pleasure and joy of the visit. He stressed that that visit was an indicator on the two universities connection. He also pointed out to the fact that the King Khalid University was the mother who embraced Bisha University for long time. So the close relationship between the two universities would remain strong in order to serve the public interest.
In the meeting, a number of important issues of common interest were discussed. These topics are such as: the administrative and academic separation between the two institutions, handling academic issues, discussing administrative and financial systems and information technology, as well as employment and investment.
