"Talent and Creativity" Center judges its students' innovations.
Talent and Creativity" Center at King Khalid University ( KKU) has held recently, the activity of 'My Idea', so as to deliver verdict on the participation of the students for the year 1436 - 1437 AH. The event was held in the central terraces at the University in Abha, for male students, while the females' event was held through the network in the women headquarters in Al-Samir.
The Director of "Talent and Creativity" Center, Dr. Mohammed bin Khammash Al Maghrebe, has explained that, that event was held for the second time in the center during that year. Dr. Al Maghrebe added that it was a revision of ideas, inventions, and the development of previous innovations, which were provided as a visual presentations by the students, through which they showed their idea, and explained it in details, while the judgment committee which was composed of faculty members evaluated the idea, and clarified the extent of its application in practice. Dr. Maghrebe said, “After that a model of innovation is displayed, and through which the student is being prepared for the competition in the next seventh scientific conference." Dr. Al Maghrebe clarified that five choices would be selected, and prizes would be given to the winners, in addition to supporting and developing other participation.
It is noteworthy that the arbitrators of students' scientific inventions are: Dr. Mohammed Khammash Al Maghrebe, Dr. Ali Mohamed Al Khozeim, Dr. Turkiya Ali Al-Ahmari, Dr. Nasser Mansour Al Taeran, and Dr. Ali Saeed Al Qahtani.
