Help Desk site:

With the growth and development of the use of information technology in various institutions, it has become necessary to find an effective and carefully planned method to provide technical services. At the same time, the provided services should be in line with the best international standards (Best Practice) in the provision and management of Information Technology (IT) services according to international standards; Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

In this sense, the website of the Help Desk was created on the link (support.kku.edu.sa) to provide effectively technical support services to the beneficiaries, in a way that guarantees the speed and quality of access to the service through various means on the site. An example of these services is the ability to make reports through an electronic form without the need to call back the Help Desk Center. This window works 24 hours a day. Also, different communication channels have been found, these include sending e-mail to the Help support service, which is in the same standard and quality as direct contact. Another service provided by the site is that of consultations and complaints that is interested in providing all the technical information needed by the user. Also, among the services that are being provided by the Help Desk Center is the clarification of the annual reports for a number of communications that have been received by the center, and which have been resolved or forwarded to the concerned departments for their solutions.
