Start preparing the 2nd Record of Promotions for this year
Deanship of Faculty and Staff Affairs announces the beginning of preparing for the 2nd Promotions Record in this academic year 30/11/1435 AH. For all candidates whose names are shown in the two attachment files below, fill the Promotion Card and Endorsement File and attach the following:
1- A copy of the ID.
2- A copy of the last scientific qualification (certificate).
3- A copy of the academic record for those who have passed more than 30 hours.
4- A copy of the job evaluation for the last two years.
5- A copy of any training course has been achieved during the last four years (other than the training courses of Public Administration Institute).
6- Filling the Endorsement File and Promotion Card.
These documents should be sent to the Deanship no later than 9/11/1435 AH. And no request will be considered after this date.
