King Khalid University (KKU) President Prof. Abdulrahman Hamad Aldawood has evaluated the high values of the meanings that are contained in the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' word, which the Rector considered a proof to the King's passion to the development of the country and nationals.

President Aldawood said that "the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' word manifested love for this country, his interest in the nationals, his commitment to abide by the country's principles and continuation of the process of balanced development. Furthermore, the King's word reflected his increased determination and high vigor to the general development of the nation. Hence, each official in this blessed country bears the responsibility of actualizing the content of King's word, which will definitely add to extra achievements for this generous country.

The Rector added that the King's word included affirmation to unify, renouncing conflict and urging for equal rights. The word included also a commitment to duties and partnership in development, and responsibility for the security and defense of the Arab and Islamic nations' issues. The word was a clear evidence of the commitment of this blessed country to the work done since the era of its founder, King Abdul Aziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud - may Allah have mercy on him - to this auspicious Covenant. The Rector pointed out that "the King's speech was a clear message to the whole world that our country is thankfully sticking to religious maxims and political bases". He noted that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' confirmation to take care of the citizen; his health, stability, safety, education, residence, and other social requirements for a comfortable life, all touched the needs of citizens and proved to everyone that the leadership is living with them, and is working on finding urgent solutions to all these issues, God willing.

President Aldawood said," we, in the administration, other officials and stakeholders of King Khalid University, take the King's word as a beacon for us, in all of our businesses. "And we will, God willing, be shields for the security of our homeland, and we will give a hand for the construction and development of the nation".

At the conclusion of his statement, His Excellency KKU President prayed to God - the Almighty - to help the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques - King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud - His Highness the Crown Prince, and His Highness the Deputy Crown, and to enable them to succeed in assisting Islam and Muslims.
