Businessman, born in Rufaidat Qahtan, and worked in the educational sector. He founded Bin Hamran Establishment for Gold and Jewelry Trading, a private factory for manufacturing gold bullion in Jeddah, and Chairman of the Board of Ali bin Hussein bin Hamran Charitable Endowment in Jeddah. He is also a  member and a founder of a number of councils, associations, and institutions, including being a member of the People's Committee in Asir Region, and a member of the Arab Thought Foundation, and one of the first supporters of the Charitable Fund of poverty in the Kingdom in 1424 AH. He was awarded Al-Muftahah for pioneers in 1435H, for his efforts and cooperation and his leading role nationally. As well as founding and membership in the Administrative Councils of various Commercial, industrial, financial and international in the Kingdom, and was honored by a number of government and private agencies in the regions of the Kingdom for his support of charities and social work
