University President Attends Eid Al-Adha Celebration Ceremony
His Excellency Prof. Faleh bin Raja Allah Al-Solami, President of King Khalid University, congratulated the wise leadership on the success of the Hajj season for the year 1444. He praised the Kingdom efforts in organizing the Hajj season and utilizing all services and unifying efforts among sectors to serve pilgrims in performing this religious pilgrimage in peace and tranquility.
This occurred during the university's annual Eid Al Adha celebration ceremony, which was hosted by the General Administration of Institutional Communication and took place at the Conference and Exhibition Center in University City in Al-Fara'a in the presence of vice and college deans as well as university employees.
Al-Solami expressed his pride in the efforts made by various sectors to serve the pilgrims in the holy sites, asking Allah Almighty to accept their Hajj, protect the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Highness the Crown Prince, and maintain security, safety, and prosperity for our country.
In the same context, the university branch in Tihama celebrated Eid Al-Adha in a ceremony, which saw the presence of the general supervisor of the branch, Dr. Ahmed Atef Al-Shehri. Similarly, a ceremony for the female section was held in the academic complex in Quraqer with the presence of the Vice-President for Student Affairs, Prof. Kholoud Abu Melha.
