University Organizes Educational Technology Programs During the Holy Month of Ramadan

During the holy month of Ramadan, King Khalid University, represented by the Information Technology Administration (IT), introduced a number of educational technology activities.

The Chief Information Officer of the IT at the university, Dr. Hamed Alqahtani, explained that these programs aim to strengthen digital awareness among university employees and students, as well as  society members.

Alqahtani added that the programs cover a wide range of topics, with a particular emphasis on cybersecurity in the context of the digital transformation process, virtual and augmented reality, the virtual world, artificial intelligence, digital identity and trust, and Blockchain.

It is important to note that these programs are a part of the university's "Mobaderoon 4" project, which is delivered over the course of 5 months. Its initiatives got underway at the start of the blessed month of Ramadan and will last till Muharram of the following year.
