The University Organizes the Second Student Forum for Medical Researches
Sponsored by His Excellency the President of King Khalid University, Prof. Faleh bin Rajallah
Al-Solami, the university launches the second student forum for medical research "Baheth"
which is hosted by the College of Medicine at the new campus in Al-Qaraa over the period of
two days.
The dean of the College of Medicine, Prof. Ali bin Saeed Al-Qahtani, welcomed the
university guests who came from 26 universities, noting that the forum includes lectures,
workshops, and events.
Al-Qahtani, stressed the importance of the forum considering it reflects the skills of medical
college students in the kingdom and aims to enhance them both professionally and
academically. He also expressed his sincere appreciation towards the students who
organized the forum under the supervision of the Club of Medicine and Creativity and in
cooperation with the Deanship of Student Affairs.
It is noteworthy that participation and registration to the forum has received great attention
from the medical student community and included 6 medical fields: Surgery, Dentistry,
Pharmacy, Applied Medical Sciences, Nursing, and Clinical Psychology.
