University to Launch More than 20 electronic Services Tomorrow, Wednesday
King Khalid University, represented by the Departments of Information Technology and Cyber Security, will launch tomorrow evening, Wednesday, more than 20 electronic services and systems, in a ceremony sponsored by His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Faleh bin Rajaa Al-Solami.
The General Supervisor of the Departments of Information Technology and Cyber Security, Dr. Muhammad bin Saleh Al-Sager, said that the inauguration of new services, systems and websites comes in the context of the two departments’ keenness to contribute to achieving Vision 2030 and the university’s strategic plan, which made digital transformation one of its main priorities.
It is worth noting that the General Department of Cyber Security at the university recently obtained the ISO 27001 certificate, while the General Department of Information Technology ranked second in the digital transformation of education and training institutions.
