Abha Chamber of Commerce Investment Opportunities in Al Fara’a University City
A delegation from the Abha Chamber of Commerce and Industry visited King Khalid University, to discuss future investment opportunities at the university city headquarters in Al-Far`a. The delegation was led by the Secretary-General of Abha Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dr. Riyad Aqran.
The delegation met with the General Supervisor of the General Administration of Investment at the university, Dr. Ibrahim bin Mushabab Al-Asmari. During the visit, they reviewed the investment opportunities in the university city. The delegation was briefed on the sports stadium and the indoor gym, in addition to the exhibition and conference center and other facilities.
During the visit the delegation, also discussed the methods to strengthen partnerships with private sectors, and plans to hold workshops that introduce investment opportunities and the value investments reflect in economic, tourism and sports development of the region.
The meeting was attended by the Director of the Investment Consulting Center at the Abha Chamber, Abdulaziz Al Shaiban, the Undersecretary of the Institute for Research and Consulting Studies for Development and Marketing, Dr. Ahmed Al Samah, and the Assistant General Supervisor of the General Administration of Investment Rakan Al Hammad.
