University Human Resource :Training Courses Programs
King Khalid University, represented by the Administrative Development Unit, recently held a number of training courses targeting university members at the university main campus in Greger.
The training courses come as part of the Deanship of Human Resources efforts to enhance and develop work performance and achieve the deanships mission of efficient and innovative management by investing distinguished capabilities, in line with best practices.
The Dean of Human Resources Deanship , Dr. Ali Al-Olayani, explained that the Deanship is keen, through these training courses, to develop the skills and potential of the university employees in areas that include, risk management assessment, professional skills in work procedures, monitoring skills, industry and content analysis in social networks, in addition to facility management and leadership skills, hoping to achieve progress and development.
The Director of the Administrative Development Department, Mr. Ali Al Demaih, said that holding these courses is of great importance to the development all university employees, stressing that these course are delivered by a group of qualified university members and experts , adding that the dean is devoted to achieve the university vision in equipping qualified excellent employees.
