University President Meets the Board of Directors of the Saudi Association for Teachers "Jassem"
His Excellency King Khalid University President , Prof. Falleh bin Rajallah Al Solami , received the Board of Directors of the Saudi Scientific Society for Teacher “ Jassem “, which was represented by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Prof. Dr. Abdullah Ali Al-Kassi, Deputy Chairman of the Board, Dr. Muhammad Zaidan Al Mahfouz, and the Supervisor of the Scientific Journal and Societies Unit Dr. Abdullah Ayed Asiri.
His Excellency delivered a speech in which he encouraged the members to continue the efforts in carrying out the activities and duties of the association, he also urged the to expand their circle of work to achieve the association desired goals and aspirations.
At the end of the meeting, Al Cassi handed the association’s final report to His Excellency the President of the University and thanked him for his constant support and encouragement.
It is worth noting, that the association has held a number of activities since its establishment, including the publishing of the Teacher's Day booklet, the implementation of a number of electronic seminars in cooperation with the Deanship of e-learning at the university, holding workshops under the supervision of the association, holding (the first international conference of mathematics and its applications) and (The Teacher: Development Requirements and Future Ambition) conference, in addition to holding a series of meetings and talks in partnership with the “Ethar “ training program in Asir and opening the the Saudi Scientific Society for Teacher’s branch in the General Administration of Education in Hail .
