Admitted Graduate Students Requested to Finalize Acceptance on Campus
The Deanship of Graduate Studies at King Khalid University is pleased to announce that those accepted into scholarship based academic programs are requested to present documents of authenticity to finalize the process.
Dean of Graduate Studies, Dr. Ahmed Al Fayea, clarified that candidates will receive automatic transcript approval if all degrees were obtained from King Khalid University. The location to confirm document authenticity is Building (D) in the Main Services Hall on the ground floor for male students. For female students, documents may be presented to the Admissions Hall at the Lasan Campus on Wednesday 29/12/1441 AH and Thursday 1 / 1/1441 AH from 10 a.m until 1 p.m.
The documents that must be brought are as follows:
- Initial Acceptance Paper;
- National ID;
- Graduation Certificate;
- The Academic Record;
- Recommendations;
- Educational Diplomas (as required);
- English Language Proficiency Test Results (as required);
- Proof of Published Research;
- Employer Letter of Approval;
- Career Efada Statement (Absher).
