The Future of Interdisciplinary Fields in Saudi Universities According to Vision 2030 ,Conference is Now Open

His Excellency the President of King Khalid University, Prof.  Faleh bin Rajaa Al-Solami, inaugurated today the “Future of Interdisciplinary field  in Saudi Universities According to Vision 2030” conference, in the presence of a number of university representatives and  participants in the university city in Abha.

 

During the conference’s launching  ceremony, Dr. Al-Salami stressed the Ministry of Education’s keenness on the quality of outcomes and programs included in Saudi universities. He noted that the conference is a

a step in the  direction towards investing  in the intersections of scientific disciplines and the common denominators between them, to build interdisciplinary programs that meet future needs.

On his part, the university Vice President of Academic Affairs Chairman of the Scientific Committee of the Conference, Prof.  Saad bin Muhammad bin Dajam, said  the conference comes to align with the Kingdoms 2030 vision to  reach comprehensive and sustainable development through research and discussion of aspects that contribute to the development of university outcomes.

The conference  is to discuss  33 scientific researches and training workshops that coincide with the sessions and will include the participation of experts from around the world.

It is worth noting that the conference witnessed the participation of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, in  a workshop discussing  the classification and evaluation of qualifications.
