KKU Excels in 2nd Place in Data Job Quality for the Year 2022

By scoring 384.94 out of 400 points in the annual report to measure job data quality index, which was recently released by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, King Khalid University  ranked 2nd among Saudi universities for the quality of job data for the year 2022. It also ranked 5th in the education and training category, which included 46 entities.

Prof. Muhammad bin Ali Al-Qarni, dean of the university's Deanship of Human Resources interim, emphasized the significance of the quality of job data, as a fundamental component in the field of human resources, as well as the governance, efficiency, and quality in business that follow, in addition to the development, planning, and decision-making processes.

Al-Qarni, expressed his gratitude to His Excellency the University President Prof. Faleh bin Raja Allah Al-Solami, for his support and ongoing attention to the Deanship. He also commended the role of the staff of the Data and Information Department in the Deanship and their successful efforts in this regard, thanking University Vice President Prof. Muhammad bin Hamed Al-Buhairi for his continual follow-up.

It is worth noting, that the job data quality index evaluates the percentage of the entity's electronic connection with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the provision of job data, the commitment to updating old and current employee data, documenting human resources operations related to job groups, as well as reviewing and approving the budget related to job cadres.
