The Launch of the University Enabling Plan , for the Asir Development Strategy
On Sunday evening the 3rd of October 2021, King Khalid University launched its first workshop to introduce Asir development strategy, which was launched by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz.
His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Faleh bin Rajaa Al-Solami, who moderated the workshop, explained that the university community, which includes more
than 65,000 students and members , must have a clear contribution in introducing, educating and enabling Asir development strategy first, and then contributing to achieving the objectives of the strategy, which will have a major impact on the development of the region.
On his part, the university Vice president of Quality, Development and Projects, Dr. Marzan Al-Shahrani, reviewed the workshop package which was a collaborative effort designed and implemented by a number of units from the university and aims to aim to enable and enhance the knowledge and awareness of the strategy.
It’s worth noting, that the workshop was attended by the university deans, vice deans and authorities and included the members suggestions, ideas and proposals regarding the support of the development strategy.
