Nazaha Club Organizes a Virtual Seminar.

King Khalid University, represented by Nazaha, Integrity Club at the Deanship of Students Affairs, in cooperation with the Control and Anti-Corruption Commission, organized a virtual seminar entitled “The Tasks and Specialities of the Control and Anti-Corruption Commission.” The seminar was presented by the Legal Specialist at the Commission, Prof. Faris bin Bandar Al Otaibi.

Al Otaibi, talked about the features and indicators of the electronic control program, which was established by the Commission for all the entities included in the civil service law.

He explained, that the Commission has established an electronic platform for the Internal audit units, to evaluate the risks of corruption, and to evaluate the internal control regulations for the entities included in the commission’s responsibilities. 

The platform has 226 registered internal auditors, and received more than 4126 feedback since the middle of 2017. 

Al Otaibi also explained that the Control and Anti-Corruption Commission, build up to 648 electronic control indicators, for a number of entities that have independent rules and regulations.

Al Otaibi concluded this seminar by stressing how  the 2030 Vision is keen on enhancing digital transformation governance, and using technology to provide electronic and corruption reduction services. 

It’s worth mentioning, that King Khalid University’s Nazaha Club has ranked 2nd among the Saudi Nazaha clubs, for the year 1441AH, at the 4th annual meeting of Nazaha clubs, which was recently hosted by King Abdulaziz University.
