Permanent book fair in the University
His Excellency the the President of King Khalid University, Prof. Abdulrahman Bin Hamad Al dawood, has agreed to hold a permanent fair for academic book. The fair will take place in the Central Library at the University City in Abha.
The University aspires through this development, to enable the students to get academic references easily. Based on this aspiration, publishing houses are going to display their scientific, medical, and theoretical publications, which are relevant to the courses in the university.
It is against this background that, the Dean of Library Affairs, Dr. Saeed Bin Qasem Al-Khaldi, stated that the President of the University had issued a directive to make a discount on for the students, thus a student could get three books for a semester.
It is noteworthy that the permanent book fair is going to start its activities at the beginning of the next semester.
