Rector: the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' resolutions are wise and in the interest of the homeland and the nationals.

His Excellency the President of King Khalid University Prof. Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al Dawood confirmed that the package of the royal resolutions issued by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques – may God save him - are wise resolutions and are in the interest of the nation and citizens. The resolutions promote stability and national cohesion in this holy country.

President Al Dawood stated that the vision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques of progress and stability for the nation in addition to achieving the aspirations of the citizens and their well-being, have all become obvious and a fact that everyone could notice. The wise resolutions are an evidence of a sort of leadership that has dedicated itself to the service of  religion, to the development of the homeland and the progress of its people. President Al Dawood added that the resolutions were issued to keep the cohesion of the country and to enhance its stability. Moreover, they are a confirmation of this blessed country's commitment to the works it has started since the era of the founder, King Abdul Aziz bin Abdul Rahman Al Saud - God rest his soul - to this prosperous reign era of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdul Aziz - may God protect him. The country still sticks to legitimate constants political and strategic visions in order to remain as the heart of Islam and the oasis of stability and generosity.

The president of King Khalid University pointed out saying "appointing His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Naïf bin Abdul Aziz as the Crown Prince is informed by his national standing and wise leadership which is witnessed everywhere. In fact, he is the best successor to the best predecessor. In addition, appointing His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz as the Deputy Crown Prince confirms what all guessed, that His Royal Highness is keen on religious services, is keen on his country, as well as on the issues of the Arab and Islamic nations. The both appointees are acceptable and no one can deny their ability to achieve the vision of leadership and the requirements of the stage and the concerns of nationals". President Al Dawood further said, "We, at King Khalid University - administration, stakeholders and students - pledge our allegiance to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Naïf bin Abdul Aziz as the crown prince, and Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz as Deputy Crown Prince, based on the teachings of the Holy Quran and the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)".

At the conclusion of his statement, His Excellency the President prayed to God the Almighty, to help the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosque, King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Naïf bin Abdul Aziz, and the Deputy Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz, and to consolidate them and to give them a hand to help Islam and Muslims.
