Rector Meets University Staff

His Excellency the Rector, Dr. Faleh Bin Rajaa Allah Al-Solamy, convened a meeting with all senior leadership and university stakeholders earlier this week. 

At the beginning of the meeting, Al-Solamy welcomed the employees and then spoke about the importance of frequent collaborative meetings and goals reached by consensus. After that, he launched the newly created self-service system for employees of the university, which provides advanced services and features that serve everyone in both Arabic and English.

During the meeting, the attendees discussed some points that may concern many employees, including training, material, and moral incentives. Following after, they opened the door for all staff in attendance to express their opinions and observations. During his engagement, Rector Al-Solamy answered all of the questions posed by participants in the meeting with transparency. He also discussed the subject of delayed promotions and procedural solutions to alleviate this issue. Even more, he talked about training courses at the Institute Public Administration (IPA). To conclude, His Excellency the Rector asked Dean of Faculty and Staff Affairs, to seek expedited solutions to documented issues and to launch IPA courses at the university.
