King Khalid University President, Professor Abdulrahman Hamad Aldawood took a number of administrative resolutions. The resolutions included the assignment and the appointment of a number of teaching staff members as follows:

1. The appointment of Dr. Sulaiman bin Abdullah Ahmad Roman as the Dean of the Faculty of Science.
2. Reassigning Dr. Abdullah Ali Ayed Alrabaa as the Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science. The appointment of Dr. Ali Ahmed Abdo Abu Abed as a Vice - President for the Community College for Boys in Khamis Mushayt.
3. Assigning Dr. Zafer Faraj Hazza Alshehri as a Vice - President to the Deanship of community service and continuing education.
4. Assigning Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Hanash as a Vice - President to the Faculty of Science.
5. Reassigning Dr. Salim bin Ali Salman Alfaifi as a Vice - President to the Faculty of Science for Development and Quality.
6. The appointment of the Lecturer, Yasser Almashhour, as the Head of the Department of Information Systems at the Faculty of Computer Science.
7. Assigning Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Ali Al Hamod as an Assistant General Supervisor for the General Administration of investment.

The President also agreed to some administrative decisions recommended by the Scientific Council to upgrade a number of faculty members as follows:

1. Upgrading Dr. Saeed bin Said Hamdan to the rank of professor at the Faculty of Humanities.
2. Upgrading Dr. Saeed Ali Abdullah Al Nasha Asmari to the position of Associate Professor in the Faculty of Sharia and Religion Fundamentals.
3. Upgrading Dr. Mohammed Lafi Alotaibi to the rank of Associate Professor, Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine.
4. Upgrading Dr. Mohammed bin Hassan Safran to the rank of Associate Professor, Department of Curriculum and Instruction, Faculty of Education.
5. Upgrading Dr. Saeed bin Qassim Al-Khalidi to the rank of Associate Professor in the Department of Administrative Information Systems, Faculty of Administrative and Finance Sciences.
6. In addition to upgrading Dr. Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Bawahab to the rank of Associate Professor, Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine
