College of Pharmacy Signs a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine

King Khalid University, represented by the College of Pharmacy, signed a memorandum of understanding with the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine, in the presence of His Excellency the President of King Khalid  University, Prof. Faleh bin Rajaa Al-Solami, and the representatives of the two parties at the university main campus in Abha.

 

During the signing the college of pharmacy was represented by the college dean  Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Saiari, while Mr. Yasser Al-Ahmari  the executive director of the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine represented his party.   

 

The memorandum of understanding comes to strengthen the relationships and collaborations between entities in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in addition to serving  the college of pharmacy students and graduates through training programs and workshops.

 

On his part the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Saiari, explained that the goal of concluding this memorandum is not limited to achieving the benefit of  students only, but is extended to research programs,  development programs, conferences and community service.

 

It is worth noting,  that the university’s Complementary and Alternative Medicine Unit inaugurated its tasks during the signing of the meeting to sign the memorandum.
