A 12 Rank Leap in the Education and Training Digital Transformation Sector , KKU comes in Second Place
In a new achievement, King Khalid University ranked second among 36 entities within the education and training sector in the Digital Government Authority’s ninth digital government transformation index leaping a 12 rank leap,and moved from the stage of improvement to the stage of integration, among the highest government agencies in the Kingdom in digital transformation.
His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Faleh bin Rajaa Al-Solami, valued this achievement, and expressed his appreciation towards the employees of the General Administration of Information Technology, stressing the need to continue efforts in this direction.
In addition, the General Supervisor of the General Administration of Information Technology at the university, Dr. Muhammad Al-Saqr, thanked the President of the University, and the employees of the General Department of Information Technology for what they offered to this achievement. He also thanked the university’s authorities and its employees.
Al-Sager added, "We are proud of what we have achieved, but digital transformation is a never-ending journey, and we will continue to work on digital transformation, maintaining our excellence and achieving the best."
It is worth noting, that work on this indicator was carried out through the Digital Transformation Unit in the General Administration of Information Technology, in coordination with all university authorities to achieve this achievement, which reflects the technical excellence of King Khalid University.
