8 contracts worth more than SR9 million
King Khalid University embraces 345 scientific papers
participating in the 10th Scientific Research Day
His Excellency, the President of King Khalid University, Prof. Abdul Rahman Bin Hamad Al-Dawood, has signed six new contracts with a number of national companies and institutions, in order to implement several projects. The total value of these contracts is SR9 116 653. The projects include the supply and installation of specialized computer labs for the Girls College of Arts and Sciences at Mahyl Asir, and the supply and installation of umbrellas for some squares at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences in Ahad Rafidah and the Community College in Khamis Mushayt, in addition to three orders for the College of Engineering in Bishah.
In other news, the Deanship of Scientific Research at King Khalid University announced its willingness to host the 10th Annual Scientific Research Day, which is scheduled to take place on the 6th and 7th of Rajab this year at the university.
The Dean of Scientific Research at King Khalid University, Dr. Eid Bin Lafi Al-Otaibi, clarified that arbitrated papers which were submitted for the Scientific Research Day reached a number of 345 from various colleges and disciplines, and with direct and effective participation by the research centers of colleges at the university.
