Announcement of summer semester schedule handling 1437 AH, for King Khalid University students and its visitor students between campuses.

The Deanship of Admission and Registration is announcing the dates of conducting initial registration for the summer semester 1437 AH as following: 

First: Dates of conducting registration for King Khalid University (KKU) students and visitor students within its campuses (internal registration):-

Note that: the final handling for the summer semester will be after the result of the second semester 1436/1437 AH.

Second: Dates of conducting registration for King Khalid University (KKU) students who want to join other universities as visitor students (external registration):-

Steps on how KKU students register as visitor in other universities:

1. The student should bring course descriptions for the courses he / she wants to take in the other university and match it with the same course in KKU.
2. First, go to student page on ( Academic System Portal ).
3. Next, choose from e-services list visitor student application in other university 
4. Apply the application.
5. After that, choose the university.
6. Then, Select the courses he/ she wants to take and fills its equal courses in the other university (filling the corresponding form).
7. Choose, next.
8. Choose, save.
9. Next, Print the corresponding form (this form is considered internal between the college and the student for matching only)
10. Then, the student should go to the head of department in order to accredit the corresponding form
11. After that, go to the application once again and choose apply.
12.  Finally, print the official letter form to the chosen university

Important Note: this registration is initial and it will not be accredited unless the results of the second semester 1436 / 1437 AH are out.
