His Royal Highness Commends the Efforts of the Second National Olympiad for Orphans

Governor of Asir, His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, commended the efforts of the Second National Olympiad for Orphans Committee. The event was organized by the Ab'aa orphan association in Asir in collaboration with King Khalid University. His Royal Highness met with Director of the Ab'aa Association in Asir, and General Supervisor of the Olympics, Dr. Saad Al Amr, where he thanked the organizing committee for their efforts in achieving success and contributing to the development of the talents and skills of orphans.

 

On his part, Director Al-Amr briefly introduced the Olympiad programs, activities and goals, pointing out that the association was keen to hold activities during the summer season. At the end of the meeting, His Royal Highness signed the Olympiad banner and congratulated the efforts of the organizing committee of the Second National Olympiad for Orphans.

 

Of noteworthy mention, the Organizing Committee also hosted General Director of Public Education in Asir, Saad Al-Jouni, who honored the winners of the third day. Al-Jouni also crowned the table tennis champions. Yousef Al-Qawsi from the Sons of Jubail Association received gold, Faisal Al-Tuwaijri received silver, Arkan Al-Shamiri received bronze, Omar Al-Rashidi came in fourth place.
