King Khalid University's Vice-President, Dr. Mohammed Al-Hassoun confirmed that the Royal decrees revealed the cohesion between the leadership and the people in the Kingdom, pointing out that such royal decrees that concern the citizens' concerns are not strange to the wise leadership.
On the occasion, Dr. Al-Hassoun said, "Those who read the history of the Kingdom realize that this has been going on since the founder, may God bless him and his sons, the kings - may God have mercy on them - until the glorious era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud-may God preserve him.
