During the University Eid Celebration , His Excellency the University President Congratulated the Wise Leadership on the Success of this Year’s Hajj and the Work of Jeddah’s Summit
His Excellency King Khalid University President Prof Falleh bin Rajallah Al Solami congratulated the wise leadership on the success of the Hajj and the work of Jeddah’s Summit.This came during the annual Eid greeting ceremony organized by the university for Eid Al-Adha. His Excellency also congratulated the attendance of the ceremony and the university students on this occasion, stressing the importance of optimal preparation for the start of the three-semester system at the beginning of the next academic year, and adding that the transitioning will contribute to the success of the Kingdom’s education system
Al-Solami stressed during the ceremony that one of the most important topics related to the three semester system transition ,which requires effort and distinguished work, is the implementation of quality programs and the increase in the number of admissions to specific disciplines to align with the labor market needs as approved by the University Affairs Council. He also noted that the university plays an impactful role through its support of the regions summer season and Asir Development Authority strategy plans.
In a related context, the university Vice President for Female Student Affairs, Prof. Kholoud Saad Abu Melha, attended the female Eid greeting ceremony, in the guest hall in Qureiger. Abu Melha extended her congratulations and blessings to the wise leadership and the Saudi people, as well as to all the university’s employees on the occasion. She praised the success of this year's Hajj season and the great efforts, wise decisions and a comprehensive plan that contributed to providing distinguished and high-level services to the pilgrims.
