University President Inaugurates the Deanship of Admission and Registration Work

His Excellency the President of King Khalid University, Prof. Faleh bin Rajaa Al-Sulami, inaugurated,  the deanship of  admission and registration work for the next academic year 1444, at the headquarters  in the University City in Al-Qara’a, in the presence of the vice president of academic affairs Professor Dr. Saad bin Dajam and a number of  university employees.

 

On the occasion Al-Solami said that all details on the three-semester system,  will be  provided to university students  through  modern technical methods that will save them the trouble of  reporting  to the deanship’s  headquarters. He noted that the university is keen to transition the academic plan to  the three semester system in all ease that will not interfere with the students academic performance and school work.

 

 

On his part the Dean of Admission and Registration at the university, Dr. Abdul Mohsen bin Eid Al-Qarni, explained that the Deanship was keen to issue a comprehensive guide to all things  related to the admission of the next academic year to clarify all the details that would shorten time and effort. He  pointed  that the admission portal will open on the 25th of f Dhul-Hijjah and will close on the 2nd of of Muharram 1444. He also  confirmed  that the nomination processes will take place according to regulated  percentages in addition to the number of seats available for each program. He finally stressed that the deanship is keen to  provide the necessary support to serve the beneficiaries and receive inquiries during  working hours on the phone 0172418000 Ext 3 and outside Official working hours through the Tawasul service.

 

 

It is noteworthy that the Deanship, as part of its efforts to introduce the mechanisms of admission, also held a forum this morning, in cooperation with the General Administration of Education in the Asir region, to introduce  the mechanism of admission and registration at the university to senior high school students.
