Al Shehri, a Professor who Provided Free Medical Care to More than 10,000 patients.
Prof. Ali bin Moaidh Al Shehri, the Consultant Otolaryngologist, and Associate Professor at the faculty of Medicine at King Khalid University, who graduated from KSU Abha branch in 1411 AH, and became a certified Otolaryngologist in 1421 AH, has provided free medical care to more than 10,000 patients since 1425 AH.
Al Shehri, started volunteering out of a sense of national and humane duty as he declared, he treated more than 10,000 patients, performed more than 600 ENT surgeries, and provided home health care services for old people and people with disabilities.
His services covered a number of hospitals and extended to rural areas in Aseer region.
Al Shehri, explained that his volunteer and community work has never interfered with his academic career, since he only volunteers on his free time.
