The Deanship of E-learning at King Khalid University launched a training program for faculty members entitled "E-learning Practitioner". The asynchronous online program, which will last for five days through Blackboard, is an initiative to help augment internal training efforts through increased educator efficiency. Dean of E-Learning, Dr. Fahad Abdullah Al-Ahmari, explained that the training program is a part of the preparations for the 2020/21 academic year.

Dean Al-Ahmari highlighted that the self-training program is accessible anytime and anywhere via BlackBoard. He pointed out that this type of training is self-paced.
