The KKUx platform launched the Learn More Initiative on Wednesday. Learn More aims to offer all of the platform's training courses to everyone for free through April 2020. A certificate accredited from King Khalid University will be obtained upon completion of the course. The platform has 27 courses and over 1,000 educational videos.

Vice Rector for Business and Knowledge Economy, Prof. Abdullatif Al-Hadithi, explained that the initiative is part of the standing commitment to the community. "This initiative aims to encourage and motivate people to invest their time in educating themselves during the quarantine for free,” he said. Vice Rector Al-Hadithi then pointed out that the platform appreciates any collaboration in offering more learning opportunities, either from individual trainers and experts or learning and training institutions, noting that interesting individuals or organizations are encouraged to register on the platform's website at http://kkux.org or email kkux@kku.edu.sa for collaborations.

The KKUx platform includes self-paced courses on design thinking, entrepreneurship, forming start-up companies, artificial intelligence, Python 3 coding, and Mandarin basics. Of noteworthy mention, KKUx was the recipient of an award at the WSIS 2019 competition.
