Human Resources Launches the Faculty Development Project

King Khalid University, represented by the Human Resources Development Department at the Deanship of Human Resources, launched the the interactive part of the faculty development project 2021, "Basic Competencies".

The Dean of the Deanship of Human Resources at the University, Dr. Ali Al-Olayani, explained that the Deanship is keen, through this training project, to enhance and develop the skills of  the university's faculty members  in various fields.

Al-Olayani said that the project  sessions will be divided into 3 groups, to  include  topics on  enhancing institutional values, developing   academic systems, planning  academic systems, communicating with others, influencing  academic systems, improving the quality of academic operations, analyzing information and making decisions.

The Director of the Human Resources Development Department, Ali Al Demaih, also explained that  holding development programs is an important step in the overall development of the university adding that the impact of such programs is extended to creating a culture of quality  performance, progress and development.
