More than 65,347 students from various stages of education (Bachelor, Master, Diploma, and Educational Diploma) have been set, at the beginning of this week, to perform the quarter examinations for the academic year 1436 - 1437 AH. Examinations are taking place in the main headquarters of the university in Abha, and in all branches of the University that are scattered in the governorates of Asir province.

For this matter, the Dean of Admission and Registration, Dr. Sultan Al Farah, has explained that "the university is striving to make examinations period more accessible and easy by providing all appropriate means of convenience and within a conducive atmosphere". The Dean also revealed that the process of examinations' follow-up had become easier this year because of the application of Academia service, through which it has become easy to access to student's data directly from the mobile phone. The service also has solved the problem of forgetting or losing university cards, which was previously hindering access to the halls of the examinations, or causing delays. Now, a student can confirm his identity through Academia application that enables students to review their university cards, in addition to a number of services, such as academic record, details of courses and semesters, and displaying available academic movements and courses.
